Predictions:
The Glacier Bay National Park might have devastating effects it the rapid climate change continues. Scientists expect that the tundra winters will be shortened, melting snow and parts of the permafrost will also melt which will result in the flooding of some coastal areas. Many organisms live in these permafrost areas and if it eventually began to thaw, that habitat will be shelter-less. Also plants will die, animal migrating patterns will change, and the tundra biome as we know it will be gone.
